The Country Meadows Tuesday Ladies Golf Club was formed in October 1995. It is affiliated with the British Columbia Branch of the Canadian Ladies Association. The club is a non-profit organization for the promotion of good golfing and fellowship. The affairs of the club are governed by the Constitution and By-Laws of the British Golf

and the policies of the club.

Elections for the Executive Committee of the club are held every fall at the annual general meeting. It comprises of:

Captain, Vice Captain, Secretary, Treasurer, Match, Draw, Membership, Social,  Handicap Committee Chairpersons, Rules/Inter-club Team Captain and Past Captain. Members are elected for a one-year term and cannot serve more than two consecutive terms in the same office. The term of Office for all positions becomes effective at the Turnover Meeting in November.

Operation of the Club

General meetings are held in Spring before golf season starts and in October at the end of the season. Annual Membership dues are payable at the Fall General Meeting.

Members meet and play golf on Tuesday at 08:00am between April and October, and all players are required to arrive 1\2 an hour before their scheduled start tee-time.  Members are required to play a minimum of 12 games for the season and all scores must be entered into the RCGA handicap website upon completion of a round or soon thereafter.
